Welcome to our rural house in Illana, in the Urbanization El Soto!

Located in a quiet urbanization where nature embraces every building, the house is a refuge where architecture and environment blend in perfect harmony. Distributed on two floors, our house is an oasis of peace and comfort. Located at the end of the urbanization, our house guarantees privacy. It overlooks the hills and the Tajo River. In addition, it has ample parking in the courtyard and a huge garden of over 1000 m² that invites you to enjoy the outdoors in peace and tranquility, with barbecue and swimming pool. In summer we have a covered porch, pergolas and in winter two outdoor gas stoves and blankets.

The house is 350 m². From the first step, you will be surrounded by the warmth of our interiors. Currently, the house has a capacity for 15 people (and option to put two extra beds) distributed in 6 cozy rooms. There are three bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the second floor. There is an access ramp to the house for wheelchairs or trolleys. For guests staying during the summer season, every bedroom in the house, including the kitchen, is air-conditioned.

The living room, with its central fireplace visible from both sides, invites you to relax and enjoy quiet moments in winter. The living room is spacious with approximately 45 meters² of space. Here, you will find a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, another sofa and a bar, along with the fireplace for cozy evenings and a play area for the little ones in the family and for adults.

The kitchen, the heart of the home, will welcome you with modern furniture in petrol blue wood and a central island that integrates functionality and style. The kitchen, about 24 meters², is equipped with everything you might need, and everything is brand new. From the capsule coffeemaker for a quick espresso to the Italian coffee maker for authentic ground coffee, we have thought of every detail to make you feel at home.

The night area awaits you with 6 bedrooms distributed as follows:

Bedroom Whispers of nature: Double bed.
Bedroom Soft Breeze: Double bed.
Flower Garden Bedroom: Double bed and single bed.
Quiet Forest Bedroom: Two single beds.
Starry night bedroom: Double bed and two single beds.
Brookside Retreat Bedroom: Double bed.
Lounge: two extra beds.

The bedrooms “Flower Garden” and “Quiet Forest” are interconnected by a sliding door, allowing fluid access between the two spaces. In addition, bedroom four has a private bathroom that can be accessed directly from this room, providing greater comfort.

This layout is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples who want to be close, but with some independence.

It is also perfect for parents with children, as the connection between the rooms facilitates supervision, while the private bathroom provides extra comfort and privacy.

A mini crib, a crib, and a maxi crib that can be left installed as a maxi crib or a 140 m bed are available.
