Each client declares that he\/she has full capacity to use credit cards and that the same have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the reservation at Villa Marques del Rio.<\/p>\n

1. Availability<\/h3>\n

Villa Marques del Rio will do its utmost to please all its clients in the demand for its services.<\/p>\n

In case of unavailability of the accommodation after the booking has been made, the client will be informed by e-mail of the cancellation of the booking.<\/p>\n

Following this request, the speed of the refund to the customer’s bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are again specified in the \u2018Delivery\u2019 clause. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Guarantee<\/h3>\n

Guarantees and after-sales services are governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 of 16 November, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. According to this regulation, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, and is liable to the consumer and user for any lack of conformity. The contractual information shall be provided in English, Spanish or Romanian and shall be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n

All taxes are included in the booking prices. Throughout the booking process, you will be informed of any supplements, such as the security deposit or cleaning tax, so that you can be shown the full amount to be paid at the end of the booking process. <\/p>\n
